Maltster's Reserve Series...
seasonal malts for your seasonal brews
[12.14.11] The number of months that Maltster’s Reserve Series seasonal malts are available has been extended from three to six, making these specialty malts more available for a wider variety of your seasonal beers. Caracrystal® Wheat Malt will be available from January through June, and Carabrown® Malt will be available from July through December. Contact Briess or an authorized distributor with questions, for formulating assistance or for a sample. Blackprinz® Malt and Midnight Wheat Malt, two bitterless black malts previously available as Maltster's Reserve Series malts, are now standard malts available year round.
