LME & DME—CBW® Brewer's Grade Malt Extracts

CBW® stands for "Concentrated Brewers Wort". And that's exactly what these malt extracts are—concentrates of brewers wort. CBW® brewer's grade malt extracts are produced from Briess Malts in a 500-barrel, state-of-the-art brewhouse (the third largest in Wisconsin), then gently vacuum evaporated to maintain their rich, full flavor and lessen color development. We use a multiple step infusion brewing process for high fermentability and FAN, which is critical for brewing. That's how these extracts earn their title as true brewer's grade malt extracts.
That means when you brew with CBW®, you're not only brewing with the most superior malt extracts available, you're also preserving the "all malt" character of your all extract, extract with grain or "all grain" brew.
CBW® brewer's grade malt extracts are unhopped and nondiastatic for flexible, creative brewing. And they're super fresh because they're produced right here in the U.S.A., and not shipped from some foreign port.
